  • Hi,
Outlook 2010 allows multiple Exchange accounts to be created in one Outlook profile, but earlier versions don't.

So you have three options to solve your problem.

    1. Give the user fullmailbox access to the "leave staffs Mailbox" and add is as an additional mailbox.
    2. Create a different profile for this mailbox and have the user choose which profile to use when starting Outlook.
    3. Give the user full mailbox access to the "leave staffs Mailbox" and access it using Outlook Web Access.

To access the mailbox in OWA, the user can use his/her own credentials but need to add the users on leaves primarysmtpaddress in the URL.
    Example: https://mail.domain.com/exchange/jane.doh@domain.com

In addition, this topic explains how to use the Exchange Management Console and the Exchange Management Shell to grant the Full Access permission for a mailbox or the Receive As permission for a mailbox database. Have a check.
