  • Hi All,

    i am having issues when i sent an email from corporate account to my Live account, the error is like "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks", What might be the issue please assist me on this.

    Just check if you have SPF record for your Domain in the domain registrar.

    If your custom domain is registered through Windows Live Admin Center, please add the SPF record value to your registrar

  • Is there any updated information on this? We have valid SPF records yet when sending from a server that is allowed in the SPF for the domain to an outlook.com/hotmail user they are still getting the Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks. message.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem, valid SPF records but Outlook/Hotmail still saying that we've failed fraud detection checks. I've even tested my SPF records using Microsoft's own tool and it passes. What's going on? Very frustrating for us and our customers.
