We are having issues with the TMG Client installed and Excel queries. The query will eventually work, but it takes 20 seconds longer than it should. If I uninstall the TMG Client, it runs in about 1 second or less. Logging on the TMG
Server never shows me even accessing the Server for anything; thought I would at least see a "Denied Access" log.
Network setup: (All internal)
Client - 10.73.0.210
TMG Server - 10.73.0.9
Server data is on - 10.73.0.10
Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)
Microsoft Excel 2010 (14.0.6129.5000 64-bit)
TMG Client Build 7 (7.0.7734.186)
What was tried:
Tried installing "latest" hotfix for the TMG Client, which brought me to the version listed above.
Tried creating access rules for ports 449 and 8471 which is what is used.
Tried creating access rules for everything to everything.
Has there been any others with similar issues and/or anyone have a solution for this?
