unable to view report

    Question

  • Hi All,

    we are using forefront client security in one sever topology and reporting service is running on domain admin. recently i have change the administrator password and change the password for com+ application for Microsoft operation manager and change the password in DAS account also.

    still i am unable to access the report while i am clicking on a report inside the FCS console i am getting the below mention error message. Please help me out.

    An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
    • Cannot impersonate user for data source 'Onepoint'. (rsErrorImpersonatingUser)
      • Logon failed. (rsLogonFailed)
        • Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007052E)

  • Hi,

    Try this,
    Make sure all the FCS and SQL services are running
    Then..Open the FCS admin console at the menu (very top, left corner) click on the action menu chiose and select configure. when the wizard starts just enter the new password(s) when prompted.
