    I am not even sure I have posted this in the right place but I hope someone reads it and can help me!!
    Okay, whomever reads this may think that this is not a big deal, but it is to me as it is as real 'pet peeve'!!!
    I had a virus during the week that Norton were able to remotely remove for me. Since they did that the clicking sound you get whenever you "click" to open a window etc has gone and I cannot get it back. I don't know where to look anymore. I contacted Norton and they said that the virus may have corrupted the file and to contact Microsoft in order to get it back. This happened to me on my last laptop and it drove me insane that it wouldn't work. My laptop is HP and running Vista Home Premium and is only 3 month old. I also can't download service pack 2 for vista and have doen what the problem page says to do but I cannot do what it asks as the option is blanked out. I just want it to run they way it did when I got it!!
    PLEASE, please, can any one help???
