ConfigMgr 2007 Management Point Health: State
The health state for this 'SMS Management Point' in site 'Secondary site Code' is unhealthy.
Any clue what this error indicates..

You can check whether your secondary site PMP is working fine or not.
1) You can check whether MPLIST are MPCERT working fine or not. Refer : (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb932118.aspx)
2) Have a look MPcontrol.log and check whether it's fine or not with the return value 200
3) You can use mp troubleshooter tool to troubleshoot further if you see some issue. download (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9257)
