Hi,
5 = access denied, where are your package source located? on a separate server?
Make sure that the SCCM Site Server Computer account have permissions to the Package source for the deployment package. When you run download and distribute updates in the SCCM console manually it is using you credentials to download and copy the files to the Package Source, when you use an automatic rule the SCCM Site Server's computer account is used.

Ok.
I understand the root of the problem. Started to work when UNC sharing rights attach server account full perm.
Strange that is not enough to SCCM admin user account.

Hi, i have faced the the same problem ,have created folder with full permission on the sccm server and have re directed the download path to the folder its working fine.
have followed the blog and changed the below mentioned path to my local share with full permission

Hi,
You need to provide the SCCM server(CAS is my case) access to UNC share(located on the Primary Server) and apply Change permisssions, it should resolve the issue.
I have just done that and my automactic deployment rules are working a treat.
