my log files kept increasing at a very fast speed .
I have a 50gb log file drive
my database is only 76gb
the logs fills up withing a couple of hours.
I enable circular logging after dismounting and remounting the database
the log still increase. at this point i do not know what causing it

are you moving any mailboxes

I would start with Exmon to see if a client is hitting the server hard.

Anything in the event logs?
How about ACtiveSYnc users?

Do you have Journaling or a 3rd party Archive product it does cause some DB growth issues. Either way if you are using either check this out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2621266
