Question - How can I make sure emails sent to us from an outside company stop going in Junk folder

Hello,
I wanted to reach out to the Exchange forums to see if together we could resolve an issue I am unable to fix. The problem is an outside company that is sending us emails from our domain are ending up in my users junk folder. The outside company sends us emails spoofing our company domain. Previously emails would every so often send up in Junk, but now it is happening so often that it's a huge issue because deadlines were missed.
So far I have added the outside service companies domain name and IP address to the white list on the Barracuda spam filtering system and in Exchange 2010. I also disabled Sender-ID checking for the user who is getting these emails into Junk, and also for the domain that is sending the emails. We even added the outside service company's domain to our SPF record.
Any ideas how to resolve this, or maybe help point us in the right direction? From my understanding I believe the issue is because it's being SPOOFED however I would think adding them to the whitelist on the spam filter and Exchange 2010 would work.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks for reading this and I look forward to being active to get this resolved.

Create a hub transport rule that sets the SCL on any message from that domain to -1.

Thanks for the quick reply, I am reading up right now on the transport rule.
Would you mind clarifying exactly what a SCL is?

Spam Confidence Level.
-1 essentially tells Exchange/Outlook that is the message was sent authenticated ( i.e. trusted).

You could use a GPO and deploy as an alternative too - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179183.aspx / http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrclients/thread/3d3abee5-ebf2-4dae-9f48-300b93af07c8/
