How do I change security settings of Exchange on our mobile devices?

We recently upgraded our server to an Exchange server, which is allowing some of our employees to access their email on their mobile devices (Android phones, iPhones & iPads).
They are all complaining that they now have to enter a password every time they use their phone (not just for email), and they are finding it very annoying.
I've tried adjusting security settings on the devices, but it seems as if Exchange has overridden security and many security options are no longer available (greyed out/inaccessible).
Is there a way to eliminate the need to continually input a password on these devices?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi
On the Exchange control panel you can update the Exchange Active Sync Policies.
Here is an article that explains how to configure it: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123994.aspx

Any update?
In addition, this document discusses Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync mailbox policies and how they can be used in your Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment. Have a check.
