    Dear ALL,

    For my site, I meet some problem need me to fix it. If you have any experience about below topic, please give me some feedback.

    My Exchange 2010(STD) server version is 2008 STD.

    Now I want migrate it to server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010, what should I do it?

    You need to build another server, move all the mailboxes and configuration to it, and remove the first one. There is no in-place upgrade for your scenario.
