I would also like to add an auto reply message to just one account, not both (ie the conference room account, where the message would identify that other steps need to be followed to assure AV set up).

jeudi 15 mars 2012 19:44 You can't with a single profile. Even Outlook 2010 supporting multiple Exchange accounts separate delegates are still not supported. You need to create 2 separate outlook profiles.

Hi,
From the link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee815819.aspx, we can see that:
'Delegate accounts are not supported in profiles that have multiple Exchange accounts. Users who have delegate access to a mailbox must keep that account in a separate profile from any other Exchange account.'
So you need to create two separate profiles.
