Question Unable to access mails on iPhone

    Hello,<o:p></o:p>

    We are
    facing some issue with specific to Mobile on Exchange 2003 SP2<o:p></o:p>

    Users who
    are having iPhone are not able to see mails into Inbox but able to send new
    message and few users are not able to sync calendar on phone<o:p></o:p>

    I checked
    Mobile setting and I don't see anything, but in the event log I found below
    error messages<o:p></o:p>

    We tried to
    re-configuration email profile on same and other mobile too including Android
    also<o:p></o:p>

       1.You can read this similar and install KB for it.

        You also need to install KB.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967046   
    2. Open IIS Manager - Open properties of the Exchange virtual directory

    - Select Directory Security tab - Select Authentication and access control - Edit Authentication Methods:

    Enabled Basic authentication Enabled Integrated Windows authentication Disabled anonymous access
       3.Can you find
    network device between the FE and BE modifies the http packages

    1: i will check and that and update you

    2:Same setting we have in IIS which you have mentioned in to 2 no.

    3:How can find out  network device between the FE and BE modifies the http packages?

    Hello Terence,

    Yesterday i had scheduled Down time  and installed patch on all FE exchange server but still getting same error

    is there any other solution availble with Microsoft?

    Now other mobiles users are also started facing same issue

    Please help me to resolve this
