Answered RMS attachment message text chinese internal email only

    For some reason when we add permissions to initiate RMS on an email the body text internally which notifies of encrypted attachment is in Chinese. The same protected email sent externally is in English as it should be. Any ideas?

    Hello Fred,

     

    What’s the language version of your Exchange and RMS server?

    Does this issue occurs to all the users?

    Do all the other RMS notification show as Chinese?

     

    If the issue only occur to one user, please check the region and language in the control panel to see if the Location or Formats are set to Chinese. If so, change them to English and check if the issue persists.
