I'm currently having an issue with the Geomant MWI application.
Firstly the Call Manager - Exchange 2007 integration is fine and stable. But the MWI app is not able to connect to the Call Manager.
The MWI is currently installed on the exchange server (its only in test bench status at the moment) but when I try to run the test applet I getFailed to Perform State Change Request. Check the Alarms.The Alarms is
95 12/06/2007 10:23:21 SIP Gateway Connector SIP Gateway Access Problem Error Failed to switch on the MWI lamp for the user: test user. SIP response indicating server side error is received from the gateway: 172.16.10.32. Check the log file for more details.All the SIP settings are as per the deployment guide and all the users are listed in the MWI users page.Any thought, ideas or soultions greatfully recieved.Andy

Changing the security profile of the SIP trunk does not automatically restart the trunk so the setting don't get picked up!

Where did you administer this change? I have the same issue.
