IE9 - I cannot display videos

Hello,
Just upgraded Vista 64 to Windows 7 64. Both have IE9. ON Vista, no issues w/ IE, but on W7 I cannot see a video to click on it. Just see an all white or all black square instead of a place to click and activate the video. Has to be a setting but I cannot find it.
Thanks for any help. Bob
