Have been advised by Dell to try a hotfix but unsure wether to go this route as reads as though could cause more problems..

The Stop 0x0000007A (KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR) indicates that the requested page of kernel data from the paging file could not be read into memory. Netbt.sys is the Windows service that implements NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
I suggest you to perform a full check of you hard disk: open a command prompt window and run the commandchkdsk /f /r
