Repeated Bluescreen Locale ID 1033 BCCode:1000000a

I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit. This has been happening for a while; I've run the check disc on c: twice. I checked event viewer, but there are no errors that occur every time I bluescreen[or even often]. When I do bluescreen, it tells me IRQL_not_less_or_equal, then restarts my computer immediately[EDIT: it sometimes doesn't give an error name; I'll post the info for that after]. It's gotten so bad lately that it happens every two hours or so, sometimes more. Here's the error information Windows gives me after my computer restarts. If I've left any important information out, please say so. Any help would be appreciated.
