  It means the program is corrupt. It is not recognised as a windows program

  so it's treated as a Dos program, which it's not, so it crashes.

  thanks man, so how can i take off my computer or delete it permanently from my computer.

  It is in your start menu. Click Start - All Programs - Startup - right click MSN and choose Delete.

   

  If you are with MSN for internet reinstall their software.
