"Outlook 2007 failed to initialize (0x80000003)"
- I get the "Outlook 2007 failed to initialize (0x80000003)" when I try to open
Outlook in Vista Home Premium.
I have no addons ect everything is up to date and it wll not work in safe mode too all other office apps work expect this
can you guys plz help oh and its not a corrupt PST or profile

- I have been unable to access Outlook (ie. my calendar, and I own a small business, so getting desperate here...) for several weeks now for this exact same reason.
When searching the Web I see others having the same problem, but no replies. Please, anyone?
In my case, I am running Vista with Office 2007. The rest of the programs are working, only Outlook won't open. I have updated everything, tried to uninstall and reinstall, repair installation etc. - Bunster,
I've had the same problem. Hunting now for permanent solution. However, pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del brings up Taskmaster. If you see Outlook running in the Taskmaster window after your apparently successfully exited it, then end the process for each instance of Outlook. Then Esc out of Taskmaster. Outlook will start normally.
If anyone knows why the program continues to run although exit seems normal and the usual icon bar for it at bottom of the screen when it is running is not visible, please advise!
