USB E: Flash drive win not show in windows explorer

Something got changed or corrupted in windows explorer xp sp3. The usb flash drive will not come up in win exporer. Now in the device mgr it is listed along with (safely remove hardware). When I use the dos promt, I can see it as (E:). The flash drive works in other computers.
When I plug it in I used to get a screen (what do you want to open with).
Please don't make me go back to DOS.

The repair wizard did not bring up autoplay. BUT it did fix the windows expor problem. This I can live with.
