ocs2007 users are frequently getting disabled

We have a users list who are using ocs 2007 R0. these users are frequently getting disabled from communication.
like : when they are using communicator, suddenly they get a error message "contact your system administrator"

mardi 30 mars 2010 13:31Enable logging on OCS cleints, and check the logs. Is it COS 2007 R1 or R2, there is no R0 :)

There must be some process/script doing this because this is not something that happens out of the blue.
you may try to use Auditing on Active Directory to check what is going on and what account is doing actions on the accounts

Hello Padmaja,
Go to your Domin controller, then under event viwer you have something called auditing, Check the Audit logs once you have this issue. Then you will know which user account making changes to your user.

So this is what i understand. correct me if i am wrong.
You saying that AD user accounts are getting disabled and because of this the users get logged of from the communicator.
