    Hi,

    I would like to give the callers in Lync Response Group Services an option to leave a message in a shared mailbox that is Unified Messaging enabled. Now i can get that part to work, however i want to replace the "After the tone, please record your message. When you’ve finished recording, hang up, or press the # key for more options" with just a "beep". Is that possible, and does anyone have a proper solution?

    I'm pretty sure there is no way to change the prompt for a single mailbox. If you wanted to change the prompt globally, it is possible to find the audio file and modify it to suite your needs, however probably not supported by MS.

    You can create a customized greeting for voice mail to yourself:
