Brand new laptop, product key is invalid

Hi, Sir / Mam
I bought a laptop which is asus brand in PC show about three weeks ago and now i cannot run my microsoft program. This program say that i need to write the product key of microsoft and i did, i put the number that i get from bottom of my laptop. However, it says that this product key is invalid.
I dont know what can i do now. Please help me to fix this problem as soon as possible, because i need to use the mircosoft powerpoint to make my presentation.
Hope you can give me the solution.

Hi,
Normally, the product key you get from the bottom of your laptop couldn't be the product key for Office program.
And, the Office program preinstalled in your laptop is a trial version, to continued using Office program, we need to purchase a product key to convert it to a full version product.
Rarely, the laptop producer would provide a full version of Office program, but, if it is true, you may try to contact them and ask where to find the product key.
