Hi Mohammed,
You can achieve this by-
Select your web part in design view(in spilt view) and then select 'Design' under 'Data view Tools'.
See the screen shot below for details

Hi Mohammad,
Could you please tell me the data source of your DVWP? You can add toolbar only if the data source is list or library.
Let me know if you face any issue.

Hi Mohammed,
I can reproduce this, you don’t see grouping toolbar because you add the list view web part directly. Thus, you are dealing with list view web part actually. You can see this from your screenshot, it shows List View Tools.
Please try this:
Click Insert>Data View, here you should select Empty Data View from the dropdown menu instead of selecting your custom list directly.
Then add your custom list as data source, select the columns you want, and insert selected fields as multiple view.
Now you can check again, you should be able to add Grouping toolbar.

Hi Mohammed,
You need to select "Empty data View" first and then add your list as data source in the empty data view web part.
After adding the Empty data view you see Add a Data Source link in designer mode.
After that you can follow the steps I mentioned in my previous posts to add filter toolbar.
Let me know if you still face any issue.
