Attached file extension double

When I attach a "justaname.doc" file to a change request in SCSM 2010 webportal, then on the Console this file is shown as: "justaname.doc.doc".
Looks like all file extensions get doubled.
This started to happen after applying the CU3 on the servers.

It happens only if you upload the file via SCSM 2010 portal? If you attach a file via SCSM 2010 console to the related files everything is ok?
Which portal you are running? The "original SCSM 2010 portal"? Or the "new SCSM 2010 portal with source code"? You modified anything at the code of the SCSM 2010 portal?
