I get the same error except in Microsoft System Center Service Manager 2010. Is there any solution to this?

I see the same error in the logs of two completely different installations of Service Manager 2010. The error is still there after applying Cumulative Update 2 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=29ae66db-9178-4685-b973-b8be7c2c636f&displaylang=en).

Looks like this might be a known bug (#157782 for internal reference).  Checking on the status of this...

Same problem here, also on SP1.

@Travis: could you please comment on the status as written above?

    Thanks in advance.

The devs say you can ignore this event.  It's harmless and has been removed from SCSM in the next release already.

This event should not be an error - it's harmless and will not cause any issues with your connectors.  We did not have time to fix it in SP1, but has been fixed for the next major release.

I am still getting this in the 2012 release.

    Is it still harmless?
