Different Timestamp between Portal and Console

Hello,
I have a Problem with the timestamp between the end user portal and the service console.
Example:
An end user creates an incident and makes a comment on the portal. The Timestamps of the creating time and the comment time are correct for example at 9:30 AM.
If I look into the service console the creating time of the Incident is 9:30 AM but the comment time is 11:30 AM.
Is there any problem with the time zone? Client and server have the same time zone.
Thank you for your helping

Which version of SCSM are you running?
If it's SCSM 2010:
Which timezone the server have?
The portal of SCSM 2010 is showing always GMT so that might be the reason.
But there is a way to solve this: Customizing the Self-Service Portal Source Code Example #1–Displaying the Local Time on the Portal instead of UTC/GMT
Hope this helps.

Hi,
We have SCSM 2012. The time zone is UTC+1, installed language German.
The mysterious is that the time stamps under History are correct. Only the protocol entry has the wrong time.
