    Hi all,

I've installed the SCSM Self Service Portal on Sharepoint Foundation 2010 on http.

Apart from the Service and Request offerings my portal is working fine. users can lock their request from their SMPORTAL. Created a service offering with category general and published this. Then I created a Request offering the same management pack as the service offering, added to user prompts title and description, mapped this prompts and published the request offering.
Added the request offering to the service offering.

When I go to my portal, there is nothing shown in the category view. I do not see my service offering or my own custom request offering

Can Anybody Know this issue ......

Maybe this blog post is helpful:

FAQ: Why Doesn’t My Request Offering Show up in the Category View of the Service Catalog?

What service offering language you are using? And what language of the browser?

Only additional idea I have is "missing permission" to view the Service Offering.

Please take a look in the Administrators Guide for System Center 2012 - Service Manager in the section named How to Specify a User Role for Catalog Items.

Check your groups. By default the end users only have access to the General incident request catalog items group. You have to manually add your request offering to the group.

Test if you can see the request offering with an Service manager admin.

    Kind regs

    Hi All,

Thanks for your support. There is some issue ins SMPortal. SO i just re-install the Service Manager Web-Portal, and after that it works fine.
