Offline P2V failing with error code 3140

I'm trying to perform a offline P2V conversion of a file server but I am running into problems and getting the error code 3140. Nothing special about what I am trying to do, the source machine is a fileserver running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, I've run the VMMCA and everything appears to be fine.
After looking at a few threads it seems that traces are required, I've captured traces from the SCVMM server and uploaded them a SKyDrive - https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=2CAC77A324AACA98&id=2CAC77A324AACA98%21124
Is it possible for so to take a look and see if they can point me in the right direction on how to resolve this?
SCVMM is 2008 R2 SP1 installed on a server running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
Cheers
Adam.

The LOG file is not accessible from SkyDrive, please re-load.
Try to inject the Network drivers before launching the offline P2V, i'am sure that the P2V process terminates in the Boot into the WiPE. See the jobs

Samir,
I've uploaded the files to a different place - http://www.sendspace.com/filegroup/ccrJdKYHzOCmJFy9HS8NuA
VMM_SERVER.LOG - This is the trace from the VMM server
VMM_SOURCE.LOG - This is the trace from the source server that is part of the p2v job
The network drivers are already present from previous p2v conversions of the same server make/model with the same nic make/mode.
Doesn't SCVMM prompt you if they are missing in any case?
Cheers
Adam.

Hi,
- What is the account that you are using during the P2V?
- Have you recently changed the service account of VMM?
- Have you recently done any changes to the VMM configuration or the VMM database (retoing for example) ?
- Can you try to make a P2V to any another machine ?

Hi,
What is the account that you are using during the P2V?
A domain admin account
Have you recently changed the service account of VMM?
No changed to the service account VMM uses
Have you recently done any changes to the VMM configuration or the VMM database (retoing for example) ?
No
Can you try to make a P2V to any another machine?
I don't really have anything that I can perform an offline p2V of at the moment.
I am able to perform an online p2v conversion of the server I have been having a problem with, so I guess for the moment I will have to do that as I am running out of time to get the conversion done.
Cheers
Adam.
