My ISP was Bell Sympatico. Due to a disagreement in the billing, I canceled this account and has been using another ISP (Primus) since October 2008. This week I tried sign into hotmail directly, from different locations, different PCs and devices and all got the same message "Account closed, access denied".
I sent a report to Abuse@hotmail.com and received a quick and nice response including this line "After looking at your account details, I have determined that the Bell Sympatico Canada Support Team can best address your concern ."
I discussed my problem with my friends and colleagues and everybody said the ISP  Bell Sympatico has nothing to do with my e-mail address at Microsoft Hotmail. Can Bell do anything to Microsoft Hotmail account to create problems for me? And what can I do to be able to access my hotmail again?
