You have to go to the laptop's manufacturer web site, find the available audio drivers and software, download it and install it.
After that, restart your system to verify that the audio section is working fine.

    Bye.

    Hi,

Firstly, I would like to verify whether your computer is a OEM version.

If so, you can go to OEM official website to download the driver according to your model.

If not, please try the following steps to reinstall this driver for the test.

    For detail steps:

    1. Click the "Start" Button, type "Device Manager" (without quotation marks) in the Search Bar and Press Enter.

    2. Expand "Sound, Video and game controllers", Right click your Audio Device and choose uninstall.

    3. When this is done, make sure that you are connected to the internet and right click it choose "Scan for hardware changes".

This should reinstall the driver and find a suitable driver.

    Hope this helps
