Installing updates

vendredi 15 juin 2012 21:03Stuck on installing update 13 or 14 for 4 hours. I have tried ctr+alt+delete and nothing happens. I can not get off this update screen.

Would you look into WindowsUpdate.log for information on problematic updates. Your question is very general and without more detailes there is no specific help, except for installing update manually.
