PC Running Win 7 Randomly Restarts Itself

Hello,
In the past week I've been plagued by random BSODs and my system randomly restarting itself. I've built this computer myself months ago, and everything was running smoothly until about last week.
I have not added any new hardware to my system, and even went as far as formatting everything and re installing and updating my drivers to the latest versions. Yet despite all that, the random restarts and freezes do not stop.
My specs:
Intel i7 2600k 3.4 ghz
8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 686MHz (7-7-7-21)
ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8P67 DELUXE (LGA1155)

DTSOFT Virtual CdRom Device
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS70I've ran the Windows debugger tool on the .dmp file and got this:

could be the PSU is starting to crap out
try using 1 card and see how that works, then try the other
see my gaming site white papers too
while your at it, upload and dmp files to skydrive.live.com

Using only one GPU might be an issue because they're in one card. I tried disabling SLi but this issue still occured. Is there any way of testing my PSU aside from having to buy a new one and replace it?

I notice you are running the very latest Nvidia drivers. Most times thats a good thing, all too often a new release ends up breaking something that WAS working.
Before I took even one more step in troubleshooting, I'd remove all vestiges of the new driver package and reinstall the one that used to work and give that a try.

given the clean install and using a single GPU would also screen the PSU if its marginal due to age

Unfortunately that didn't work. I'm currently using version 275.33 which was stable before this issue occurred.
If this is really the PSU, shouldn't the error mention something about it? Or does it hide behind my GPU?

TDR errors are very general and not very helpful
try 1 card as I suggested one at a time

The cards that I'm running are in one piece. The only way to run one of them is to disable SLi, which I already did. Unfortunately this didn't resolve the problem.
I'll probably buy a cheap graphics card and use that to determine if it really is my current card or the PSU. If anyone could suggest anything else that might work and cost less, I'm all ears.

that is the SLI bridge that holds the cards together
