Can anyone else out there verify this or take action to help get it fixed? I have already posted the question to Microsoft Answers and it appears that I am not the only one experiencing this issue:

This is an end user peer-to-peer forum.
The files and information are posted by Microsoft itself.
It looks like the page was updated yesterday: Date published: 4/13/2012
