Reading the tssdis.log file

What is the utility used to read the tssdis.log? I'm assuming there's some utility to break down the fields, as the raw text is pretty much close to unreadable.
For reference, how to turn on the log:

I don’t think there is specific tool to read the log, but if you meet some specific issues, please upload the log to us and we’d like to analyze it for you.
