export username from linux to ad

Hello Team
We are inphase of migrating from Linux to Win2008. We have about 4000 users located in qmail server. Planned to deploy Active directory in win2008 on creating new forest. Is there any easy step by not depending third party tool for moving or creating these 4000 user in AD. If i create one by one manually it will take long amount time..Any suggestion or is there any best partice..

you can use scripted solutions for bulk import to AD:
