    Hello,

after installing the DHCP server role have you opened the DHCP management console and checked/authorized the server?

You need to right-click the DHCP Scope then Authorize the scope with AD through this process.

To authorise DHCP server You need to be a Enterprise administrator group. I think your account does not have this. So ask the person who has this access to authorize the DHCP server.

Note - Only one Enterprise administrator group will be available in entire forest.

Refer below link which will explains how to grant the access.
