I want to bind all actual adresse leased to my IP phones and implement fix IP for may computers.

Hello,
Thank you for your post here.
From your description, you want to select all phone with IP address leased and turn them to reservations.
If you have the DHCP console MMC, it will be easier to achieve that:
1. In the DHCP console MMC, you can select the current address leases and add them to reservations.
2. To tell the phone from other devices, you may count on the Unique ID (MAC address). As all IP phone are from Cisco, they all have a MAC with the Cisco vendor ID. You can simply sore the Unique ID in the DHCP MMC and find out which of them are the Cisco phone and turn them into reservations.
3. If you have the Windows Server 2008 Server Core, try to find other non-server core 2008 server with DHCP MMC or install the RSAT on the Windows Vista to get it.
