    Got the error below. I cannot restore shadow copies. Shadow Copies tab disappear. I can see list of shadow copies using vssadmin but cannot retrieve. Any service that need to restart? Also checked the drive space and has plenty.

    The shadow copies are being stored on H: drive in your server. Do you have H: drive online? When you do vssadmin, what is the output?
