Hi Team,
This issue is a very major which we are facing offenly on windows 7 environment. Really it will be helpfull for us to find the root cause of this issue. i request everyone to find the issue and share it.
Our Environment: Windows server 2003 SP2 Enterprise Edition, Windows 7 , Web Dev method
Issue1 : we are facing issues offenly while copying any files on the intranet server through the webdev method.while copy files on the intranet using web dev method, we are facing the below attached image error mostly. this error happends only on the windows7 system and we have not faced even a single issue on Windows XP systems.
Issue2: At the same time the issue comes while deleting files on the intranet server using webdev method. After the delete command is executed for a particular file, it shows that it is deleted. But once i referesh the folder, the files are still present on the same location and hence it is not deleted.
Request you everyone please look in to this issue and please find why it is happening. Please help and share your ideas.

Hello!
Thanks for posting here.
Which web browser do you use on the problem Windows 7 machines? Are you using OSS? Have you tried using any other web browser apart from IE?
Also try disabling AV and other IE security extensions you may have configured and test..
Have you refred to this -
Plan browser support (Office SharePoint Server)

hi Sachin,
thanks for the reply. we are not using internet explorer to paste file or folder on the intranet.
we are using only windows explorer to paste file or folder by typing the intranet address like https:\\my-intranet.domain.com\foldername\ .
the method which i said is northing but the web dev method. this happens only on windows 7 system. and also we are not using any open source software.

hi sachin,
thanks for the reply..
i have checked the above two threads.
you can check in my snapshot which i pasted. i have tried to past a small file 26.5 KB, but it is not happening. and also this issue is happening not always. but this issue happened to all the users who used windows 7 OS. and also once this issue comes the user cannot paste anything to the location. Hence we manually logged in the intranet server and paste the file as they needed.
this issue is not happening always. some times users are able to paste it. Hence this thread is not suitable for my case.
we are using IIS webser. and we cannot go for HTTP to upload the files. Since, we are uploading to the remote server which is in some other location. and hence we need security. hence we have to go for https. hence this thread is not suitable for my case.

hi Girish,
Sorry to interpret again. i have asked same query on windows 7 forum. It seems the we have to look on the server side. Because the users are able to copy to intranet many times. and also the below error issue is happening only on the windows 7 system few times for all the users.
Please check the below specifications on the server side as well. and please let me know whether windows7 or SP1 with all hot fix will support the below server specification ?- IIS version 6.0
- windows server2003 32/64 bit
Kindly Look into this issue.
