if this mean "MBps",so,this function is "of unwanted",We are very very very disappointed with it!!!!
We are wait for Win 8 just for "Mbps" speed limited...We need 1 Mbps,2Mbps...SO,You know,We are in China, the network is very very Expensive...
We are Developers of Hyper-v,1/3 of HY system in China is running our Adm system,so, If it is MBps,we need VMware,Win 8 is lost

I'm also from a system integrators/IDC in China, I personally feel that this feature should be handed over by hardware vendors.
VMware is not a panacea, it also has a lot of criticism in VMs network management.
