In windows sever 8 beta ,Hyper-v 3.0
The GUI show "bandwith limited" is Mbps
But,We test it is MB/s!
We need Mbps,Some one can report Microsoft this problem?

if this mean "MBps",so,this function is "of unwanted",We are very very very disappointed with it!!!!
We are wait for Win 8 just for "Mbps" speed limited...We need 1 Mbps,2Mbps...SO,You know,We are in China,the network is very very Expensive...
We are Developers of Hyper-v,1/3 of HY system in China is running our Adm system,so, If it is MBps,we need VMware,Win 8 is lost

Hi,
I'm also from a system integrators/IDC in China, I personally feel that this feature should be handed over by hardware vendors.
VMware is not a panacea, it also has a lot of criticism in VMs network management.

楼下的,你说的解决方案是硬件,表明你根本不了解这个行业,也不了解HY结构,有本事你从硬件上限制给我看下,在一台物理HY服务器中多个VPS之间互相用100M攻击就可以搞死一台服务器,你有本事用硬件限制给我看看?也可能是你做的是巨型系统,不会了解小的运营商每1M都算钱.

Now ,we check windows server 2012 HY GUI,
The MBps Changed to Mbps,
But,the minimize is 10 Mbps!!!!!!! We need 1 Mbps !!!!!!
