ProLiant ML310 G3 - BSOD at end of install

I am getting a BSOD for a second at what appears to me to be the end of the install on a ProLiant ML310 G3. I read another thread on this board about BIOS so I did flash it to the 03/07 version and tried again but the same thing. The message says it is finalizing the install.
The ram tests fine. Any other ideas? I looked in the BIOS and did not see anything I could turn off. I would like to get Longhorn going if I could.
