Synced WSUS And Many Approved Reverted To Not Approved.

The sync shows 833 revised updates. seems that many recent updates were some revised and now need reapprove.
why did this happen?

my server is version Version: 3.2.7600.226 running on server 2003 sp2
i dont have update KB2734608 installed (dont see it under add/remove)
do you think the link you posted is relevant?

Yes! The link is irrespective of whichever of the three builds of WSUS3SP2 you might be using.do you think the link you posted is relevant?

I am still not clear about what i should do.
I dont have KB2734608 installed.
do i need to install KB2783466 ( is there a version for standalone WSUS or only SCCM).
and what do i do with hundreds of unapproved updates ?. do i need to approve them all again?.

I am still not clear about what i should do.
Re-approve the updates that are still needed.
If they're not needed, leave them unapproved.
If they're superseded, decline them.
