admin and operator's console "could not connect" to MOM server.

Each time I open Administrator or Operator's console I get a box that wants me to input my MOM management server name. When I enter the correct name of my MOM server I get a "Could not connect" error.
This is an issue that started after I reset the password to my FCS-DAS account. I fixed my report access after the password change but the process of doing that seems to have broken these consoles.

Hi,
Thank you for the post.
The issue is caused by DAS account password changed. You miss read my post in your previous post. Please change the old password in COM+ Component Services and ensure the MOM service started in services.msc.
To update the collection server with the new DAS password
1.On the Client Security collection server, access Administrative Tools and click Component Services.
2.Under Console Root, double-click Component Services, double-click Computers, double-click My Computer, and then double-click COM+ Applications.
3.Right-click Microsoft Operations Manager Data Access Server and click Properties.
4.Click the Identity tab. Type the new password in the Password and Confirm password boxes and click OK.If there are more inquiries on this issue, please feel free to let us know.
Regards

Thank you again for your help with my problem Rick Tan.
You were correct. I did not read all of the previous article. I fixed my reports password issue and then stopped working through the article.
Changing the password on COM+ as well as running SetActionAccount from command line was needed as I was getting error 9029 when starting the momservice.exe
