    Hi All,

    Can any one please help us. We have Problem with Yahoo Mail New version behind ISA 2006. It seems the new version is not functioning properly (No reply and forward Buttons, no icons displayed) and we are using IE 8. But no problem with previous version of Yahoo Mail.

    Is there any updates of ISA for this scenario?

    Hi,

    no Updates for ISA Server 2006. Are you sure that the problem is ISA related?

    Hi,

     

    I believe it's in ISA because we tried to access directly via internet to Yahoo Mail New version and then it works OK and fully functional. But when having ISA proxy we encountered that problem, only in new version of  yahoo mail.

    How can we fix this.

    Hi,

     

    Thank you for the post.

     

    When the client access the yahoo mail connection, what is ISA logging tell? As far as I know, yahoo is always keep changing the server address, so the URL set should be updated according to the logging. I suspect that you don’t have create a suitable allow rule to cover the traffic.

    Hello,

    For more information about what can cause the issue, enable logging.

    That should let you know more about the denied packets and the rule that is causing that.

    What if you enable all access from LAN to WAN? Does it work?

    There is no Microsoft hotfix for such issue.

    Thanks for the response. It will be definitely working if all access be enabled from LAN to WAN. I think it would be the denied pockets and the rule is causing.

    Hi, 

    Please see below screenshot for logging.we tried to disabled unblocked sited but still problem persist. Is it the setup and policy that causing?
