Granting both FullAccess and SendAs permissions

What is the best way to add a user to another mailbox and grant them FullAccess and SendAs permission on that mailbox? The problem I have is I have granted FullAccess and SendAs on a mailbox but that user is still unable to send as that user.
Really what the user wants is to be about to send as the user but it not show "Sent on behalf of".
How is this accomplished?

By simply granting SEND AS permissions. Full mailbox access is not required to SEND AS another user.
Changes can take up to 2 hours for quota and permission changes See:

If you restart the Info Store service on the server or move the mailbox to another store, the change will go into effect immediately, otherwise you have to wait for the caching time.

Check to see if send on Behalf is set as well
Either through OUtlook Delegates / Delivery Option in EMC or with get-mailbox

hi
If you assign full mailbox permission user will get that mailbox automatically under his mailbox in outlook. Also user can able to send on behalf also if he is having full permission. you can done this by adding that mail address in from tab.
thanks

Hi.
What do you use - PShell or EMC?
What is your email environment topology - Single forest/domain or resource forest etc?
What is your Outlook client - 2003/2007/2010? -

The client was Outlook 2010.
I was using the EMC in a single forest & domain.
It is now working:
- Granted SendAs rights using EMC
- Granted FullAccess rights using EMC
- Restarted the store so it would take affect immediately
- When I first sent the email it said sent on behalf and from then on it didn't.
I'm tyring to figure out what was missed but for some reason it doesn't show "Sent on behalf of" in the email message anymore
