Hi,
I've googled this like crazy but I can't manage to do this right.
I have a tenant, one user needs to see another users calendar. I know how to do this in /owa but I need to do this in the Managment Shell.
So, how is this done? Lets say the user boss@domain.com wants to see the calendar of employee@domain.com, how do I do this?
Thanks,

Hope this helps:
Introduction
Prior to setting up sharing or delegation it is important to understand the difference between the two.
Folder sharing should be used when two or more users want to share data, whether that be a mail folder, calendar info, tasks or notes. It does not allow users to act on the behalf of another person. This feature is normally used within a group to share data to enable enhanced collaboration of a team.
Delegation is a feature in which you grant someone else permission to act on your behalf and impersonate you when dealing with Outlook items you have given them access to. The person that you have given delegation permission to has the authority to act as you and as such should be treated very carefully. This feature is commonly used by a manager and their assistant.
Method 1 – Root level folder sharing
In the below screenshot below, ‘Shared_Folder_MBX01’ has been shared with a user MBX05. The shared folder shows up as a separate mailbox within Outlook and only the single shared folder is visible.
Method 2 – Share a folder within the Inbox
If the folder being shared is located within a folder tree of the inbox, the user will be able to read all the mail located in the folders above the folder you are sharing. This is due to the fact the application (Outlook) must be able to read the contents of a folder in order to ‘see’ a shared folder within the folder. In the below example the ‘Orders’ folder is shared. The ‘Orders’ folder exists inside the user’s Inbox. To allow access to the ‘Orders’ folder you must also share the Inbox. The permissions may be read only, but all emails inside the Inbox can see be read by those accessing the ‘Orders’ folder.
