  Which Operating System are you running?

  Have you installed VAMT correctly?

  Have you installed all the latest update and service packs for the Operating System?

  OS... is Server 2008 R2 Standard (of course 64-bit) with all the latest updates.  What do you mean by installing correctly as this is what I chose on the installation screen:

  Adding the .net 3.5 Framework under Features solved the Problem for me.
