    Hello,

    I wonder how I can add a new administrator to the Microsoft Online Services portal so the new administrator can see our invoices without needing my live-id.

    Hi Arnoud,

    For BPOS only one admin account.

    For Office 365, while adding the user there is option for assigning admin access to account.

    There are five admin options

    1. Billing administrator

    2. Global administrator  (There can be multiple Global administrators)

    3. Password administrator

    4. Service administrator

    5. User management administrator

    Thanks for your answer. Actually I'm looking for a secondary admin for Microsoft Online Services. Is that possible?

    I think its not possible to have second administrator for Microsoft Online Services.

    Raghu is correct.  In BPOS there is a single login for billing purposes.  You CAN, however, change the Live ID to another Live ID that can be shared.  You need to submit a Service Request to get this taken care of.
